Gina will do a two hour introductory workshop which includes a lecture about the importance of improving your positional performance and increasing your general knowledge of the sport of riding. Gina will also discuss the most prevalent injuries incurred by riders and how improper position causes them. You will learn how the major muscle groups function when you ride, and how to “work smarter, not harder” by becoming a rider who is constantly aware of the importance of position. This workshop also includes exercises using a mat and an exercise ball.
