NSEC Dressage Program


Starting March 2011, North Shore Equestrian Centre in North Vancouver, BC, will be providing a Classical Dressage lesson and training program with Gina Allan and Kat Southam. Please see the NSEC brochure for further information.


Spring Break Clinic

Gina will be a Co-Clinician with Lynne Adams for a Dressage and Jumping Clinic at Maplebrook Equestrian Centre in Duncan, BC on March 21st – 22nd, 2011. Please see the flyer for more information or contact Gina directly! Deadline to register is March 10th, 2011.


Equifitness Classes

Gina has a new session of Equifitness classes starting February 8th!  Tuesdays, 6:30 to 7:30 pm at St. Mary’s Parish Hall, 2600 Powder Point Rd.  This program is a system of exercises designed to enhance the foundation of your riding through awareness of position and improved core strength.  Cost $10 per session or 5 sessions for $45.00.  Email Gina or see the brochure for more information.

Gina is an Equine Canada Dressage Coach who resides in Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. She has, as a result of her passion for helping people, developed fitness programs and riding lessons which focus on improving back health, balance, core strength and posture. Whether you want to improve your body, your back health, or you’d like to improve your riding, Gina can help you achieve your goals. Gina combines her extensive knowledge of body mechanics and alignment when teaching her fitness classes. She has coupled this knowledge with her years of experience in the Equestrian Arts to develop her new Equifitness program.
