Hi everyone,
Just a quick note to say that we are planning an Equifitness class next week March 15th, 2011. Gina is offering a free session with the addition of a bit of a talk/presentation, the hope is to draw out a few more people so that we can keep this class going. We are back at Nanoose Bay Community Centre. This class will be held in the Senior’s Room which is located at the rear right hand side of the building. There is an outside entrance to this room.
A good time to invite someone that you think might be interested, they can come and hear more about the program and there will be an opportunity of some discussion and then we will have a class so we are expecting that the session with run a little longer. Please RSVP for this free session, this will help with planning handouts, etc.
Then we will take a break the following week (March 22nd) and start up again on the 29th, we have planned for 10 weeks and as it gets closer to June we will be looking for your feedback about how to manage the summer. Please see the Spring 2011 Classes flyer for details on dates and/or the Fitness calendar.
Hope to see you next week!
